01 — More than straight teeth

How you breathe shapes how you grow.

Crowded teeth and a narrow jaw usually travel with mouth breathing and restless sleep. Catch it early and gentle expansion can open up room for teeth and a healthier airway.

  • i. Snoring, mouth breathing, or noisy sleep
  • ii. Restless nights or daytime tiredness
  • iii. Crowded, narrow teeth or a high palate
  • iv. Grinding, clenching, or trouble focusing

02 — Our philosophy

Room to grow. Not teeth to lose.

Crowding is usually a space problem, not a teeth problem. Some plans still fix it by pulling permanent teeth, which can narrow the airway sitting right behind them.

We'd rather make room: gentle, well-timed expansion that preserves healthy teeth and protects the way you breathe, sleep, and grow. It's the question we ask about every single case.

03 — How we can help

Two paths, one caring team

Straight teeth are just the beginning. For a lot of patients — kids especially — how the jaw grows matters every bit as much.

Everything we offer

What is Invisalign

A series of clear, removable aligner trays that gradually move your teeth into place. You wear them about 22 hours a day and switch to a new set every week or two.

Why you should care

Aligners are easy to live with: eat what you want, brush normally, and smile for photos. For the right case, they finish as predictably as braces.

What is Braces

Small brackets bonded to each tooth, connected by a wire we adjust over time. We offer both metal and tooth-colored ceramic options.

Why you should care

Braces handle the widest range of cases, including the trickier ones aligners can struggle with. A quiet workhorse: predictable, durable, and built for every age.

What is Palatal Expansion

A small appliance that gently widens the upper jaw while a child is still growing. Tiny turns each day open the mid-palatal suture so the arch can grow into a healthier shape.

Why you should care

A wider palate makes room for adult teeth without pulling them, and often opens the nasal airway behind it. Caught early, it is one of the highest-leverage things we do.

What is MARPE

Miniscrew-assisted rapid palatal expansion. Tiny bone anchors let us expand the upper jaw in teens and adults whose palate has already fused, without surgery.

Why you should care

Adults used to need jaw surgery to widen the palate. MARPE often makes that unnecessary, with the same airway and arch benefits in months, not years.

What is Myofunctional Therapy

Targeted exercises that retrain the tongue, lips, and breathing muscles. A trained therapist guides short daily routines that build new habits.

Why you should care

Tongue posture and nasal breathing hold your orthodontic results in place. Without those habits, even great alignment can drift back.

What is Sleep & Breathing

A clinical screen for signs of disordered breathing during sleep: mouth breathing, snoring, restless nights, and the airway shape behind them.

Why you should care

Kids who do not sleep well do not grow well. Adults pay a similar tax during the day. We catch the orthodontic signals early and coordinate with sleep and ENT specialists when more is needed.

What is Early Treatment

A first orthodontic visit by age 7, with a short Phase 1 of guided growth if it is the right moment. Most kids do not need anything yet, just a plan.

Why you should care

Some problems are easy to guide while the jaw is still growing and hard to fix later. A check at 7 is free, and it usually buys peace of mind.

Watch our Early Treatment explainer
What is Retainers

A custom appliance, fixed or removable, that holds your teeth in their new positions after active treatment ends.

Why you should care

Teeth move for life. A good retainer routine is what makes your treatment results yours to keep.

06 — For parents
7

The best time for a first check-up.

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first orthodontic visit by age 7 — while the jaw is still growing and expansion is easiest.

Early doesn't always mean braces now. Often it means a simple plan, the right timing, and catching airway or growth issues while they're easy to guide. First visits are always free.
